Yes. As a firm, we are an Appointed Representative of Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can find them on the FCA register by clicking here.

From start to finish! Whether you want to know if moving is the best option, an analysis of the fees involved in buying and selling, help with the negotiation of the purchase, guidance in finding the most suitable mortgage, advice on the legal side of things or help with protection (or all of the above!), we can help.

There is no charge for an AIP. Fees are only payable once the AIP has been accepted. There may be a fee for arranging a mortgage and the precise amount will depend on your circumstances. This will typically be £499.

The mortgage application to offer stage typically takes between two working days to four weeks, depending on your situation. The sale of a house takes between six to twelve weeks on average, depending on how many home movers are in the chain.

We typically charge a fee of £499 on application of the mortgage.

We would replace the application with another lender, subject to the rejected reason.

Once an offer comes through, we will arrange another meeting to ensure the offer is correct and walk you through the next steps.

Life insurance if not a requirement by the mortgage lender, but it is something we always recommend you have in place to protect your family.
