As first time buyers we were daunting the whole mortgage processes as it seemed stressful but Jess and Kelly were amazing in helping us every step of the way. They looked after us and were only a phone call away if we had any queries. Both Jess and Kelly are very approachable and knowledgable and we couldn't thank them enough. Fully recommend Oundle and Stamford, the help and support they provided through Jess and Kelly was outstanding, from what i expected to be a stressful process on getting a mortgage, turned out to be the opposite with the guidance and advice received. Even after completing in Oct 24 the support carried on with the other services they offer, can't fault the professionalism through out our time dealing with them.
